When creating an account in the store, the customer is responsible for keeping their password, sign-in details, and verification codes confidential and for activities carried out through their account, unless it is established that the account was used without their permission. The store must be notified immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

6. Product information

We strive to display product names, images, descriptions, specifications, and prices as clearly and accurately as possible. However, the customer acknowledges the following:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or photography conditions.
  • The manufacturer may update packaging or certain nonessential details without notice.
  • Illustrative images or displayed accessories are not part of the product unless expressly included in its description.
  • The customer must read the product description, specifications, operating requirements, and compatibility information before purchasing.
  • If a particular specification is important, contact customer service to confirm it before completing the order.

7. Prices and offers

Product and service prices are displayed in Saudi riyals unless otherwise stated. The store may:

  • Change prices, offers, and discounts at any time.
  • Set the duration and conditions of each offer or discount code.
  • End an offer when its period expires or its allocated stock runs out.
  • Prevent combining more than one discount or offer unless otherwise stated.

Price changes do not affect an order that has been accepted and paid for, except where there is a technical error or an obvious, unintended pricing error.

8. Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability and stock verification. A product may appear available because of delayed inventory updates or simultaneous orders. If a product is out of stock, the store may contact the customer to offer an alternative or cancel the product and refund the amount paid.

9. Placing and accepting an order

Submitting an order or receiving an automated confirmation does not always constitute final acceptance. An order is accepted after:

  • The payment has been verified.
  • Product availability has been confirmed.
  • Customer information has been verified.
  • Shipping or service fulfillment has been confirmed as possible.
  • No suspected fraud has been identified.

The store may contact the customer to request additional information or supporting documents before accepting or preparing the order.

10. The store's right to cancel an order

The store may cancel an order in full or in part in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There is an obvious error in the price or description.
  • There is a technical issue with the website or ordering system.
  • Shipping to the specified address is not possible.
  • Payment is incomplete or cannot be verified.
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected.
  • The digital service cannot be fulfilled.

On cancellation, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method or through an available method. The customer cannot require the store to supply the cancelled product, without prejudice to any right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Payment

The customer agrees to pay the order value, shipping charges, taxes, and any amounts shown on the checkout page.

  • Payments are processed through approved payment providers.
  • The transaction may be subject to verification and anti-fraud procedures.
  • The payment method must be used with its owner's permission.
  • The store does not generally retain full bank card details.
  • The bank or payment provider may reject a transaction for reasons beyond the store's control.

12. Fraud prevention and order verification

The store may request additional information to verify the customer's identity or ownership of the payment method, or temporarily suspend the order until verification is completed. The order may be cancelled if the customer does not provide the requested information within the specified period or the transaction cannot be verified.

13. Invoice

The invoice or order details are issued electronically. The customer should retain them to access return, exchange, and warranty services. The order number and purchase details may be used to verify the invoice when necessary.

14. Shipping and delivery

Physical orders are subject to the store's published Shipping and Delivery Policy. The customer must:

  • Enter a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Follow messages and the shipping company's link.
  • Respond to the shipping company's calls.
  • Collect the shipment within the period specified by the carrier.
  • Pay reshipping or return fees resulting from an incorrect address, failure to respond, or refusal to receive the shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, remote locations, weather, breakdowns, or circumstances outside the store's control.

15. Receiving the shipment

The customer must check the condition of the outer carton upon receipt. If it is visibly open, cut, or damaged, photograph the shipment and record the issue with the delivery representative, or refuse delivery and contact the store immediately. Receiving a shipment without noting a visible issue constitutes acknowledgement that the outer carton was intact at delivery.

16. Returns, exchanges, and warranty

Physical products are subject to the store's published Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Policy, including periods, exclusions, shipping charges, inspection and maintenance conditions, and warranty terms. Customers must retain the original packaging, accessories, and invoice and must not use the product beyond the purpose of trying it out.

17. Digital services, cards, and products

The following provisions apply to digital services, digital cards, and social media platform services, in addition to each service's description on its product page.

First: Prices and payment

  • Service prices may change at any time.
  • The terms of an order that has been accepted and whose execution has begun remain applicable.
  • Upon completing payment, adding credit, or confirming an order, the customer acknowledges agreement to the terms and service description.

Second: Using the services

  • Services must be used in accordance with the terms and policies of the associated platform, such as Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Telegram, and others.
  • Services must not be used for fraud, deception, impersonation, unlawful activity, or infringement of others' rights.
  • All services are intended for personal or lawful marketing use.
  • Ordering services for pornographic, prohibited, or other content that violates laws or platform policies is forbidden.

Third: Using more than one service

Using more than one service at the same time on the same page, account, or link is prohibited where this may cause overlapping execution or differing results. The customer is not entitled to compensation for problems resulting from using other services concurrently with the store's order.

Fourth: Information and accounts

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the link, username, wallet identifier, and all information are correct before confirming the order.
  • The account or link must remain accessible throughout execution and any applicable refill period.
  • An order directed to a private account or an incorrect, deleted, or changed link may not be possible to fulfill.
  • The order is not eligible for a refund after execution has begun if failure to fulfill it results from incorrect information entered by the customer.

Fifth: Execution time

Displayed execution times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, and may vary with order volume, platform updates, or the service provider's circumstances. Cancellation cannot be requested solely because a service remains in progress within a reasonable estimated period.

Sixth: Refills

  • A service whose name or description does not include a refill period does not include refills.
  • A reduction in numbers is not compensated for where the service does not include a refill guarantee.
  • Customers are advised to choose services with a refill period if they need this feature.
  • The link and account must remain accessible throughout the refill period.

Seventh: Execution method

The store may change the execution route, type, or source to an equivalent or better service when necessary to complete the requested quantity or service, provided this does not harm the customer or reduce the service they paid for.

Eighth: Nature of engagement

  • The follower, like, and view services provided are artificial services, not natural or organic engagement, unless expressly stated otherwise in the service name or description.
  • The store does not guarantee that new followers will engage or become customers.
  • The store guarantees only the quantity or service specified in the description.
  • We do not guarantee that all accounts provided have a profile picture, biography, or posts unless stated in the service description.
  • The store does not encourage any deceptive practice that presents supplied engagement as natural or organic.

Ninth: Disclaimer concerning platform actions

The store is not responsible for account suspension, restrictions, content removal, or reductions in numbers resulting from a platform's actions or changes to its algorithms or policies. The store is not responsible for damage resulting from use of a service in violation of the platform's terms.

Tenth: Cancelling and refunding digital services

  • A service that has been completed or whose execution has properly begun cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Once the order is confirmed and execution begins, it becomes final unless fulfillment is impossible or the law provides otherwise.
  • If the service cannot be fulfilled for a reason not attributable to the customer's error, the customer is compensated for the unfulfilled portion or the amount paid, depending on the order's circumstances.
  • Compensation does not cover cases where the customer submitted an incorrect link or private account, or changed information after execution began.

18. Prohibited use of the website

Users must not do any of the following:

  • Use the website for unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the website.

  • Is accurate and reflects their actual experience.
  • Does not infringe the rights of any person or entity.
  • Does not contain abuse, defamation, or prohibited content.
  • Does not contain sensitive personal data.

The store may remove content that violates these conditions, is unrelated to the product, or contains abuse, personal information, or unsubstantiated claims.

21. Third-party links and services

The website may contain links, applications, or services provided by third parties, such as payment gateways, shipping companies, and social media platforms. Use of these services is subject to their providers' terms and policies. The store does not control their systems or independent practices.

22. Limitation of liability

The store takes reasonable care to provide a stable website and service but does not guarantee that temporary interruptions or technical errors outside its control will not occur.

To the extent permitted by law, the store is not liable for indirect damage or loss of profits, reputation, or data resulting from inappropriate use of the website, products, or services. The store's liability for a direct claim is limited to the value of the product or service concerned, without prejudice to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Force majeure

The store is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as disasters, weather, network failures, payment system or shipping company disruptions, official decisions, platform updates, or general crises. The store will make efforts to inform the customer and address the order.

24. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The store may update these terms when necessary because of changes to services, procedures, or laws. Updates take effect from their publication on the website and do not apply retroactively to an accepted order unless the change is legally required or benefits the customer.
